Blog Update!

Hi everyone,

I'm sorry to say that Rose and I will have to postpone the blog until further notice. It's not exactly something simple to balance on top of our daily lives and it getting a bit overwhelming. I however, will be starting off a blog on my own (http://thelitloon.blogspot.com/). The first month will most likely be reposts of mine from here, however please take your time to check it out!

What Not to Love: Standalones!

Okay, I know there is another word for that. I think it starts with 'm'. Anyways it's still called a standalone too. You know, those books that never have the sequel you were praying for? Yeah those, well these are our top ten! 

What Not to Love: Favorite Guys!

Okay so yesterday we posted up our favorite main girls running through the YA world, and today it's the guy's turn! So here are a few of our favorites!! I just wanted to mention how I had such a hard time picking between all the amazing people, and I'm that person who falls in love with the dorky best friend so none of mine are actually the story's main characters. Anyways here they are.

Cover Love: Valentine's Edtion

Cover looooooooooooooooooove. All the loves of covers. So for these Valentine's week covers I tried to take not only pretty covers, but ones that go with the theme of the week. So today our cover that we love is that of The Lipstick Laws. The candy heart which I know they have a name and are usually given out on Valentine's Day because they say stuff like "be mine" and what not. Yeah well, this cover has one of those, and really cute lipstick cover and I just like it.

What Not to Love: Leading Ladies!

Alrighty with so many books to read, and so many great characters to fall in love with, we had to do a post about our favorite leading characters. So here are a few gals that really make an impression. At least to us that is.

Cover Love: Valentine's Week!

Okay I really do LOVE this cover! Even though I never read the book, (I'm planning on getting it to read though), it just stands for LOVE. After all it is called "COURTING Morrow Little"! And she's wearing a red/pink dress, perfect for Valentines day! And not to mention the scene behind which looks gorgeous and I wish I could just jump into the book and be there!(Oh and wearing her dress would be cool too.) Anyway, its definitely a cover I love!

                                        

Cover Love: Valentine's Week!

Okay, I LOVED LOVED LOVED THIS BOOK! And the series! There is like no other ways to describe it, than, LOVE!!! The whole series was amazing, powerful, breathtaking and books you never wanted to put down! And thankfully there is 10 in the series! But this book, which is #10, was the best of all. And I was definietely sad when it ended, but like seriously, I am in LOVE with this book! It's a total must read series, and jumping right to #10 would be ashame and like pointless since you wouldn't have a connection with the characters... so don't do that! Anyway, also, not only do I love this book, there's a wedding thats planned IN the book and various love connections between the other characters.

We're going to kick off Valentine's Week with our top ten favorite series/trilogies. Rose's top five fav's, and of course yours truly's. That's worded weird. Who cares!? I'm posting this in PINK! (Blogger is totally cramping my style with their lack of color/fonts) Back to topic here, so out of the millions of series and trilogies, and the hundreds that's we've read, here are some that stuck out the most to us.

I mentioned before that we'll be throwing in some random cover loves throughout the week, just because it's a week full of la-la-la-loove <3. And there are so many covers that I think would make this lovely week, a little more, well lovely. *sigh*

Yes, that says week! Because this week (the week of Valentine's Day) being the extreme nerd I am, felt that one day was not quite enough for all the things to love about books. Therefor here at Dear Books We Send Our Love, it’s going to be Valentine’s Week! That means every day all week long, replacing our usual posts, we’re putting up Valentine’s specials! Make sure to check back every day to see a cover love, our top ten current obsessions, a super val background, oh and it’s raining hearts!
