Cover Love #7

Alrighty well, I knew I wanted to do a Cover Love today, however it was impossible finding a cover I actually you know, loved. I looked through hundreds of covers. No, I'm not even joking. And I finally decided on one from memory, being the procrastinator I am, I left it to watch a Bond movie. Now, a few hours after I open it up and think "Hm. Yeah this really isn't that special, I mean I like it, but there has to be something a little more unique or breathtaking." Only, I was not about to go search through hundreds of more books. I did the only thing suitable for my situation, I procrastinated even more.  There I was searching through recommendations  on goodreads and I come across Going Vintage. It looked pretty interesting so click on it I did, and as pretty the hardback cover it originally showed me, the paperback stole the show.

This cover isn't drop dead gorgeous, some people can even think it's a little plain. I think it has character, and I love vintage. So that makes me a total sucker for the flower pattern and lace the model has on. The stone-age camera she's holding, and the typography. Plus at the moment I'm really into the whole blur thing. So this cover is right up my alley. All in all I love the cover, it's chic and not over the top. I also can't wait for the book to be released.
